न देवितव्यं हृष्टेन कितवेनेति न: श्रुतम्‌ त॑ त्वामद्य मुदा युक्त नाहं देवितुमुत्सहे । प्रियं तु ते चिकीर्षामि वर्ततां यदि मन्यसे

na devitavyaṃ hṛṣṭena kitaveneti naḥ śrutam | taṃ tvām adya mudā yukta nāhaṃ devitum utsahe | priyaṃ tu te cikīrṣāmi vartatāṃ yadi manyase |

វៃសម្បាយនៈ បាននិយាយថា៖ «យើងបានឮថា មិនគួរលេងស៊ីសងជាមួយអ្នកលេងល្បែងដែលមានល្បិចកល នៅពេលគេកំពុងស្រស់ស្រាយដោយសេចក្តីរីករាយ។ ថ្ងៃនេះ ព្រះองค์ក៏ពោរពេញដោយអំណរ ដូច្នេះខ្ញុំមិនហ៊ានលេងគ្រាប់ស៊ីសងជាមួយព្រះองค์ទេ។ ទោះយ៉ាងណា ខ្ញុំចង់ធ្វើអ្វីដែលព្រះองค์ពេញព្រះហឫទ័យ—ដូច្នេះ បើព្រះองค์យល់ថាសម គេអាចចាប់ផ្តើមល្បែងបាន»។
