Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 13 — Kīcaka’s Proposition and Draupadī’s Dharmic Refusal
कृष्णा तु सर्वान् भर्तुस्तान् निरीक्षन्ती तपस्विनी । यथा पुनरविज्ञाता तथा चरति भामिनी,तपस्विनी एवं सुन्दरी द्रौपदी भी उन सब पतियोंकी देखभाल करती हुई ऐसा बर्ताव करती, जिससे फिर कोई उसे पहचान न सके
kṛṣṇā tu sarvān bhartus tān nirīkṣantī tapasvinī | yathā punar avijñātā tathā carati bhāminī ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ ក្រឹෂ್ಣា (ដ្រೌបទី) នាងអ្នកបួសស្ត្រី បានមើលថែប្តីទាំងអស់របស់នាង និងប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នលើពួកគេ; ប៉ុន្តែនាងប្រព្រឹត្តខ្លួនយ៉ាងមានវិន័យ ដើម្បីឲ្យគ្មាននរណាអាចស្គាល់នាងបានម្ដងទៀត។
