क्रोधं बलममर्ष च यो निधाय परंतप: । जितात्मा पाण्डवोअमर्षी भ्रातुस्तिष्ठति शासने
vaiśampāyana uvāca | krodhaṁ balam amarṣaṁ ca yo nidhāya paraṁtapaḥ | jitātmā pāṇḍavo 'marṣī bhrātus tiṣṭhati śāsane ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «បណ្ឌវៈ អ្នកដុតសត្រូវនោះ ទោះមានសភាពមិនអត់ធ្មត់ និងកាចសាហាវក៏ដោយ ក៏គាត់ដាក់កំហឹង កម្លាំង និងការខឹងខុសចិត្តទុកនៅក្នុងខ្លួន ហើយគ្រប់គ្រងចិត្តបាន។ ដោយមានអាត្មាដែលបានឈ្នះ គាត់ឈរយ៉ាងមាំមួនក្រោមព្រះបន្ទូលបងប្រុសរបស់គាត់»។
