यो वै न कामान्न भयान्न लोभान्नार्थकारणात्‌ | अन्यायमनुवर्तेत स्थिरबुद्धिरलोलुप:

yo vai na kāmān na bhayān na lobhān nārtha-kāraṇāt | anyāyam anuvarteta sthira-buddhir alolupaḥ ||

វៃសម្បាយណៈបាននិយាយ៖ អ្នកណាដែល មិនថាដោយសេចក្តីប្រាថ្នា ក្តីភ័យ ក្តីលោភ ឬដោយប្រយោជន៍លាក់លៀមណាមួយ ក៏មិនដើរតាមផ្លូវអធម៌ឡើយ—មានបញ្ញាមាំមួន និងគ្មានចិត្តលោភ—នោះជាគំរូនៃធម៌ដ៏មិនរអាក់រអួល មិនព្រមបោះបង់សេចក្តីត្រឹមត្រូវក្រោមសម្ពាធ ឬការល្បួង។
