निरमर्षेष्वचेष्टेषु प्रेक्षमाणेषु पाण्डुषु । पाहि मामिति गोविन्द मनसा चिन्तितो5सि मे,पाण्डव यह सब कुछ देख रहे थे, तो भी न तो इनका क्रोध ही जागा और न इन्होंने मुझे उनके हाथसे छुड़ानेकी चेष्टा ही की। उस समय मैंने (अत्यन्त असहाय होकर) मन-ही- मन आपका चिन्तन किया और कहा--'गोविन्द! मेरी रक्षा कीजिये” (प्रभो! तब आपने ही कृपा करके मेरी लाज बचायी)
niramārṣeṣv aceṣṭeṣu prekṣamāṇeṣu pāṇḍuṣu | pāhi mām iti govinda manasā cintito 'si me ||
វៃសម្បាយណៈបាននិយាយ៖ ខណៈដែលបណ្ឌវទាំងឡាយគ្រាន់តែសម្លឹងមើល—មិនមានកំហឹង និងមិនព្យាយាមជួយសង្គ្រោះ—ខ្ញុំដែលអស់សង្ឃឹមបំផុត បានរំលឹកដល់ព្រះអង្គក្នុងចិត្ត ហើយអធិស្ឋានថា «គោវិន្ទ! សូមការពារខ្ញុំ»។ ដោយព្រះគុណរបស់ព្រះអង្គតែមួយ គេបានរក្សាកិត្តិយសរបស់ខ្ញុំ។
