अध्याय ८ — शल्यस्य सत्कारः, वरदानं, पाण्डवसमागमश्च (Śalya’s Reception, the Boon, and Meeting the Pāṇḍavas)
अक्षौहिणीपती राजन् महावीर्यपराक्रम: । विचित्रकवचा: शूरा विचित्रध्वजकार्मुका:
akṣauhiṇīpatī rājan mahāvīryaparākramaḥ | vicitrakavacāḥ śūrā vicitradhvajakārmukāḥ ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបានពោលថា៖ ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ! មេបញ្ជាការនៃអក្សೌហិណីទាំងមូល គឺជាវីរបុរសមានកម្លាំង និងសមត្ថភាពយ៉ាងខ្លាំង—ពាក់អាវុធការពារប្លែកៗ ត្រូវបានសម្គាល់ដោយទង់ និងធ្នូដ៏ចម្រុះ។
