Chapter 42
छन्दांसि नाम क्षत्रिय तान्यथर्वा पुरा जगौ महर्षिसड्घ एष: । छन््दोविदस्ते य उत नाधीतवेदा न वेदवेद्यस्य विदुर्हि तत्त्वम्
chandāṁsi nāma kṣatriya tāny atharvā purā jagau maharṣi-saṅgha eṣaḥ | chando-vidas te ya uta nādhīta-vedā na veda-vedyasya vidur hi tattvam, rājan |
សនត្សុជាតាបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ ក្សត្រីយៈ! ទាំងនេះហៅថា “ឆន្ទៈ” (chandas)—គឺបទសូត្រវេទ—ដែលមុនកាល អថರ್ವា មុនី បានច្រៀងនៅមុខសមាគមមហារិសីនេះ។ ប៉ុន្តែអ្នកណា ទោះបានសិក្សាវេទទាំងមូលក៏ដោយ តែមិនស្គាល់តត្ត្វៈព្រះបរមាត្មា ដែលវេទមានបំណងឲ្យដឹង—អ្នកទាំងនោះ មិនមែនជាអ្នកដឹងវេទពិតប្រាកដទេ ឱ ព្រះរាជា!»
