अकस्मादेव कुप्यन्ति प्रसीदन्त्यनिमित्तत: । शीलमेतदसाधूनाम श्र पारिप्लवं यथा,दुष्ट पुरुषोंका स्वभाव मेघके समान चंचल होता है, वे सहसा क्रोध कर बैठते हैं और अकारण ही प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं
akasmād eva kupyanti prasīdanty animittataḥ | śīlam etad asādhūnām yathā pariplavaṃ ghanaḥ ||
វិទុរៈមានពាក្យថា៖ មនុស្សអាក្រក់មានសភាពរវើរវាយ ដូចពពកដែលរអិលរអូសតាមខ្យល់។ ពួកគេខឹងឡើងភ្លាមៗដោយគ្មានហេតុ និងសប្បាយចិត្តឡើងដោយគ្មានមូលហេតុ។ ភាពមិនស្ថិតស្ថេរនេះហើយជាសញ្ញានៃអ្នកអធម៌ ហើយធ្វើឲ្យពួកគេមិនអាចទុកចិត្តបានទាំងក្នុងពាក្យណែនាំ និងការប្រព្រឹត្ត។
