जिस सैन्य-समुद्रमें स्वयं राजा युधिष्ठिर थे, उसमें बहुत-से भूमिपाल उन्हें चारों ओरसे घेरकर चलते थे ।। तत्र नागसहस्राणि हयानामयुतानि च । तथा रथसहस्राणि पदातीनां च भारत
tatra nāgasahasrāṇi hayānām ayutāni ca | tathā rathasahasrāṇi padātīnāṃ ca bhārata ||
ឱ ភារតៈ! នៅទីនោះមានដំរីរាប់ពាន់ សេះរាប់ម៉ឺន ហើយមានរថសង្គ្រាមរាប់ពាន់ ព្រមទាំងកងជើងទ័ពជាច្រើនមហាសាល។ ដូច្នេះ កងទ័ពដែលល้อมជុំវិញព្រះយុធិષ્ઠិរ បានចល័តដូចសមុទ្រធំមួយនៃអាវុធ—ការបង្ហាញអំណាចខាងក្រៅ ដែលឆាប់ៗនេះនឹងត្រូវសាកល្បងដោយកាតព្វកិច្ចនៃធម៌។
