महर्षय: कृपायुक्ता: क्रोधाविष्टोडथ भार्गव: । स मे5हरदमेयात्मा शरं कालानलोपमम्‌

Transliteration

maharṣayaḥ kṛpāyuktāḥ krodhāviṣṭo ’tha bhārgavaḥ | sa me ’harad ameyātmā śaraṃ kālānalopamam ||

Translation

ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «មហាឥសីទាំងឡាយ ដែលពោរពេញដោយមេត្តា បានចូលមកអន្តរាគមន៍; ប៉ុន្តែបារ្គវ (បរśុរាម) ដែលត្រូវកំហឹងគ្របដណ្ដប់ បានយកព្រួញនោះពីខ្ញុំ—ព្រួញដូចភ្លើងនៃកាលៈ—ដោយវិញ្ញាណដ៏មិនអាចវាស់បាន»។
