भीष्मस्य सेनापत्यप्रतिज्ञा तथा रथसंख्यावर्णनम् | Bhishma Accepts Command and Enumerates Kaurava Strength
अभिमानस्यथ दर्पस्य क्रोधपारुष्ययोस्तथा । नैप्ठुयस्यावलेपस्य आत्मसम्भावनस्य च
abhimānasyatha darpasya krodhapāruṣyayostathā | naiṣṭhuryasyāvalepasyātmasambhāvanasya ca
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «(គាត់បានរំលឹកអំពីទោស) នៃការអួតអាងខ្លួន និងអំណួត, នៃកំហឹង និងពាក្យរឹងរ៉ឹង, ហើយដូចគ្នានោះ នៃភាពឃោរឃៅ, មោទនភាពមិនគោរព, និងការលើកខ្លួនឯង—អំពើអាក្រក់ដែលបំផ្លាញការវិនិច្ឆ័យ និងបំផ្លាញការប្រព្រឹត្តតាមធម៌»។
