Udyoga Parva — Gandhārī’s Counsel to Duryodhana
सह मात्रा प्रदग्धुं तान् बालकान् वारणावते । आस्थित: परमं यत्नं न समृद्धं च तत् तव
saha mātrā pradagdhuṃ tān bālakān vāraṇāvate | āsthitaḥ paramaṃ yatnaṃ na samṛddhaṃ ca tat tava ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយ៖ «នៅវារណាវតៈ អ្នកបានខិតខំយ៉ាងខ្លាំងបំផុត ដើម្បីដុតក្មេងៗទាំងនោះ—បណ្ឌវៈ—ជាមួយម្តាយរបស់ពួកគេ។ ប៉ុន្តែផែនការនោះរបស់អ្នក មិនបានសម្រេចឡើយ។»
