Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 5 — Karmaphala-Nirdeśa and Phalāśruti (कर्मफलनिर्देशः फलश्रुतिश्च)
स्वर्गकामो लभेत् स्वर्ग जयकामो लभेज्जयम् | गर्भिणी लभते पुत्र कन््यां वा बहुभागिनीम्
svargakāmo labhet svargaṁ jayakāmo labhej jayam | garbhiṇī labhate putraṁ kanyāṁ vā bahubhāginīm ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «អ្នកប្រាថ្នាសួគ៌ នឹងបានសួគ៌; អ្នកប្រាថ្នាជ័យ នឹងបានជ័យ។ ដូចគ្នានេះ ស្ត្រីមានផ្ទៃពោះ ដោយការស្តាប់ (ឬសូត្រ) មហាភារតៈ នឹងទទួលបានបុត្រសមគួរ ឬមិនដូច្នោះទេ ក៏បានកូនស្រីដែលមានសំណាងធំ»។
