Yuddha-yajña-vyākhyāna (The Battle as Sacrifice): Ambarīṣa–Indra Saṃvāda
दीपिचर्मावनद्धश्न नागदन्तकृतत्सरु: । हस्तिहस्तहर: खड्ग: स्फ्यो भवेत् तस्य संयुगे
dīpicarmāvanaddhaś ca nāgadantakṛtatsaruḥ | hastihastaharaḥ khaḍgaḥ sphyo bhavet tasya saṃyuge ||
អំបារីសាបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ដាវមួយដែលដាក់ក្នុងស្រោមស្បែកខ្លាឃ្មុំ (leopard) មានដងធ្វើពីភ្លុកដំរី ហើយមុតដល់ថ្នាក់អាចកាត់ដាច់ខ្ទង់ដំរី—ដាវដូច្នេះ នៅក្នុងសង្គ្រាម ក្លាយជាគ្រឿងការពារ និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ពិតប្រាកដសម្រាប់អ្នកកាន់វា»។
