राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्

भीष्म उवाच स एवमुक्तो मान्धाता तेनोतथ्येन भारत । कृतवानविशड्कश्न एक: प्राप च मेदिनीम्
bhīṣma uvāca | sa evam ukto māndhātā tenotathyena bhārata | kṛtavān aviśaṅkaḥ sa ekaḥ prāpa ca medinīm |
ភីស្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឱ កូនចៅភារត! ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ម៉ាន្ធាតា បានទទួលសេចក្តីណែនាំពី ឧតថ្យៈ ដូច្នោះហើយ ក៏អនុវត្តតាមព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់គាត់ដោយមិនស្ទាក់ស្ទើរ; ហើយព្រះអង្គតែមួយគត់បានទទួលអធិបតេយ្យភាពលើផែនដីទាំងមូល»។
