राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्
Royal Dharma: Vigilance, Just Punishment, Protection of the Vulnerable
पापमाचरतो यत्र कर्मणा व्याहृतेन वा | प्रियस्यापि न मृष्येत स राज्ञो धर्म उच्यते
pāpam ācarato yatra karmaṇā vyāhṛtena vā | priyasyāpi na mṛṣyeta sa rājño dharma ucyate ||
«នៅទីណាដែលមនុស្សម្នាក់ប្រព្រឹត្តអំពើបាប—ដោយកាយកម្ម ឬដោយពាក្យសម្តី—ព្រះមហាក្សត្រមិនគួរមើលរំលងទេ ទោះជាអ្នកនោះជាមនុស្សជាទីស្រឡាញ់ក៏ដោយ។ ការមិនលើកលែងបាបដោយយុត្តិធម៌ដូចនេះ ត្រូវបានហៅថា ធម៌របស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ»។
