राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्
Royal Dharma: Vigilance, Just Punishment, Protection of the Vulnerable
अबलं वै बलाच्छेयो यच्चातिबलवद्धलम् । बलस्याबलदग्धस्य न किंचिदवशिष्यते
abalaṃ vai balāc chreyo yac cātibalavad dhalaṃ | balasyābaladagdhasya na kiṃcid avaśiṣyate ||
ឧតថ្យៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «អ្នកទន់ខ្សោយពិតជាលើសអ្នកខ្លាំង; ព្រោះសូម្បីអំណាចដ៏ខ្លាំងបំផុត ក៏អាចត្រូវឈ្នះដោយអំណាចដែលកើតពីភាពទន់ខ្សោយ។ ពេលអ្នកខ្លាំងត្រូវ ‘ដុត’ ដោយអ្នកទន់ខ្សោយ នោះមិនមានអ្វីនៅសល់ពីកម្លាំងនោះទេ»។
