इति वाचा मधुरया शलक्ष्णया सोपचारया । स्वरश्मीनभ्यवसृजेद् योगमाधाय कालवित्
iti vācā madhurayā śalakṣṇayā sopacārayā | svaraśmīn abhyavasṛjed yogam ādhāya kālavit ||
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចាថា៖ «ដូច្នេះ ដោយពាក្យសម្តីផ្អែមល្ហែម រលូន និងគួរសម អ្នកដែលដឹងពេលវេលា និងស្ថានការណ៍គួរធ្វើការដោយយុទ្ធវិធីមានមាត្រដ្ឋាន—ផ្ញើភ្នាក់ងារ ឬអ្នកបម្រើទៅកាន់គេហដ្ឋាននានា ដើម្បីរៀបចំការប្រមូលទ្រព្យសម្រាប់ប្រយោជន៍នៃរាជ្យ ដោយការអង្វរ និងវិធីសមរម្យ មិនប្រើភាពរឹងរ៉ៃឡើយ»។
