यो राजानं नवेद् बुद्धया सर्वतः परिपूर्णया । ब्राह्मणो हि कुले जात: कृतप्रज्ञो विनीतवान्
yaḥ rājānaṁ naved buddhyā sarvataḥ paripūrṇayā | brāhmaṇo hi kule jātaḥ kṛtaprajño vinītavān |
ព្រាហ្មណ៍ម្នាក់—កើតក្នុងវង្សកុលល្អ ប្រកបដោយប្រាជ្ញាចាស់ទុំ និងបានហ្វឹកហាត់ក្នុងភាពទន់ភ្លន់—គួរប្រើបញ្ញាដែលពេញលេញគ្រប់ទិស ដើម្បីនាំព្រះរាជាឲ្យទៅលើផ្លូវត្រឹមត្រូវ។ ព្រោះព្រាហ្មណ៍ដូច្នេះ ដែលនិយាយដោយសិល្បៈនៃពាក្យ និងការយល់ឃើញ នាំអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងទៅកាន់សេចក្តីសុខសាន្ត; ហើយព្រះរាជាគួរអនុវត្តធម៌ដែលព្រាហ្មណ៍បានបង្រៀន។
