Daṇḍanīti and the King as the Cause of Yuga-Order (दण्डनीतिः राजधर्मश्च युगकारणत्वम्)
आयुधानां च सर्वेषां शक््त्यूष्टिप्रासवर्मणाम् । संचयानेवमादीनां कारयीत नराधिप:
āyudhānāṁ ca sarveṣāṁ śakty-ṛṣṭi-prāsa-varmaṇām | saṁcayān evam-ādīnāṁ kārayīta narādhipaḥ ||
ភីष្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ដូចគ្នានេះដែរ ស្តេចគួរឲ្យមានការប្រមូលស្តុក និងថែរក្សាទុកនូវអាវុធគ្រប់ប្រភេទ—ដូចជា សក្តិ (śakti) ឬលំពែងបោះ, ឥષ્ટិ (ṛṣṭi) ឬលំពែង, ប្រាស (prāsa) ឬលំពែងវែង—ព្រមទាំងគ្រឿងកាពារ និងសម្ភារៈយោធាចាំបាច់ផ្សេងៗទៀត។
