Daṇḍanīti and the King as the Cause of Yuga-Order (दण्डनीतिः राजधर्मश्च युगकारणत्वम्)
नक्तमेव च भक्तानि पाचयेत नराधिप: । न दिवा ज्वालयेदग्निं वर्जयित्वा5डग्निहोत्रिकम्
naktam eva ca bhaktāni pācayet narādhipaḥ | na divā jvālayed agniṃ varjayitvā agnihotrikam ||
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ! នៅពេលសង្គ្រាម ចូរបញ្ជាឲ្យប្រជាជនក្នុងទីក្រុងចម្អិនអាហារតែពេលយប់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ពេលថ្ងៃ មិនត្រូវដុតភ្លើងសម្រាប់កិច្ចការណាមួយឡើយ លើកលែងតែភ្លើងបូជាសក្ការៈ (អគ្និហោត្រ) របស់អ្នកប្រតិបត្តិអគ្និហោត្រ។
