भीष्म उवाच राजवृत्तं महाराज शृणुष्वावहितो5खिलम् । यत् कार्य पार्थिवेनादौ पार्थिवप्रकृतेन वा
bhīṣma uvāca rājavṛttaṃ mahārāja śṛṇuṣvāvahito 'khilam | yat kāryaṃ pārthivenādau pārthivaprakṛtena vā ||
ភីष្ម បានទូលថា៖ «ឱ មហារាជា សូមស្តាប់ដោយប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន នូវច្បាប់នៃអាកប្បកិរិយារបស់ព្រះរាជាទាំងមូល។ ខ្ញុំនឹងប្រាប់អំពីអ្វីដែលអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងគួរធ្វើជាមុន—ហើយដូចគ្នានោះ អ្វីដែលគួរធ្វើដោយអ្នកណាម្នាក់ ដែលដោយធម្មជាតិ និងភារកិច្ច សមស្របសម្រាប់បម្រើព្រះរាជា និងអនុវត្តកិច្ចការរាជការ។»
