राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
एवं पृष्टो महाप्राज्ञ: कौसल्येनामितौजसा । राजसत्कारमव्यग्रं शशंसास्मै बृहस्पति:
evaṁ pṛṣṭo mahāprājñaḥ kauśalyenāmitaujasā | rājasatkāram avyagraṁ śaśaṁsāsmai bṛhaspatiḥ ||
ព្រះគោសល្យ អ្នកមានប្រាជ្ញាខ្ពស់ និងមានកម្លាំងមិនអាចវាស់បាន បានសួរដូច្នេះ។ ព្រះគ្រូព្រហស្បតិ (Bṛhaspati) ដោយចិត្តស្ងប់ មិនរអាក់រអួល បានបកស្រាយដល់ព្រះអង្គអំពីរបៀបសមរម្យនៃការទទួលស្វាគមន៍ និងការគោរពកិត្តិយសដល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ។ ទិដ្ឋភាពនេះបង្ហាញថា ភាពជាម្ចាស់រាជ្យគឺជាវិន័យនៃការទទួលភ្ញៀវដោយការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងដឹកនាំដោយធម៌ មិនមែនជាការបង្ហាញអំណាចតែប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ។
