राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
न संवत्सरसत्राणि तिष्ठेयुरकुतो भया: । विधिवद् दक्षिणावन्ति यदि राजा न पालयेत्,यदि राजा पालन न करे तो उनमें विधिपूर्वक दक्षिणाओंसे युक्त वार्षिक यज्ञ बेखटके न चल सकें
na saṁvatsara-satrāṇi tiṣṭheyuḥ akuto-bhayāḥ | vidhivad dakṣiṇāvanti yadi rājā na pālayet ||
បើព្រះមហាក្សត្រមិនការពារ និងមិនថែរក្សារបៀបរបប នោះពិធីយជ្ញៈរយៈមួយឆ្នាំ (សត្រ) ទោះបីធ្វើតាមវិធីវិន័យ និងមានទានដាក់ដល់ព្រះព្រហ្មណ៍ (ទក្ខិណា) គ្រប់គ្រាន់ ក៏មិនអាចដំណើរការដោយគ្មានភ័យបានឡើយ។ នេះបង្ហាញថា សេចក្តីរុងរឿងនៃពិធី និងជីវិតសាសនាសាធារណៈ ពឹងផ្អែកលើរាជធម៌ដែលធានាសុវត្ថិភាព និងស្ថិរភាព។
