दानपात्रापात्र-निर्णयः / Determining Worthy Gifts, Recipients, and Permissible Food
ब्राह्मणास्त्वां महाबाहो भ्रातरक्ष महौजस: । पर्जन्यमिव घर्मान्ति नाथमाना उपासते,महाबाहो! जैसे वर्षाकालमें लोग मेघकी ओर टकटकी लगाये देखते हैं--उससे जलकी याचना करते हैं, उसी प्रकार ये सारे ब्राह्मण और आपके ये महातेजस्वी भाई आपसे धैर्य धारण करनेकी प्रार्थना करते हुए आपके पास बैठे हैं
brāhmaṇās tvāṃ mahābāho bhrātṛ-rakṣa mahaujasāḥ | parjanyam iva gharmānte nāthamānā upāsate ||
ព្រះវាយុមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ឱ អ្នកមានដៃខ្លាំង! ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍ទាំងនេះ និងបងប្អូនរបស់អ្នកដែលមានអំណាចធំ កំពុងអង្គុយជិតអ្នក សុំឲ្យអ្នកការពារ និងអំពាវនាវឲ្យអ្នកឈរមាំ។ ដូចមនុស្សដែលត្រូវកម្ដៅចុងរដូវក្ដៅ ងើបមើលពពកភ្លៀង ហើយសុំទឹកពីវា ដូច្នោះពួកគេក៏មើលអ្នកជាទីពឹងផងដែរ»។
