ततः स विप्र: कृतकर्मनिश्चय: कृताभ्यनुज्ञ: स्वजनेन धर्मकृत्‌ । यथोपदिष्टं भुजगेन्द्रसंश्रयं जगाम काले सुकृतैकनिश्चय:

Transliteration

tataḥ sa vipraḥ kṛtakarmaniscayaḥ kṛtābhyanujñaḥ svajanena dharmakṛt | yathopadiṣṭaṃ bhujagendrasaṃśrayaṃ jagāma kāle sukṛtaikaniscayaḥ ||

Translation

បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍នោះ—បានតាំងចិត្តយ៉ាងមាំមួនដើម្បីបំពេញកិច្ចធម៌ដែលខ្លួនប្រាថ្នា ហើយបានទទួលការអនុញ្ញាតពីសាច់ញាតិរបស់ខ្លួន—ក៏ចេញដំណើរនៅពេលសមគួរ តាមដែលភ្ញៀវបានណែនាំ ដោយឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ទីលំនៅរបស់ព្រះនាគរាជ។ ដោយចិត្តមាំមួនផ្តោតលើការសម្រេចកិច្ចកុសល គាត់បានដើរតាមធម៌។
