Nāga-āyatana-darśana-pratīkṣā — The Brāhmaṇa’s Request and Waiting on the Gomatī
वैशम्पायन उवाच नमो भगवते तस्मै व्यासायामिततेजसे
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: namo bhagavate tasmai vyāsāyāmitatejase.
វៃសម្បាយនៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ សូមនមស្ការដល់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ដ៏ប្រសើរនោះ—ព្រះវ្យាសៈ—ដែលមានពន្លឺតេជៈអស្ចារ្យមិនអាចវាស់បាន។ ដោយពាក្យនមស្ការនេះ អ្នកនិទានបានបើកទ្វារសុន្ទរកថាបន្ទាប់ឲ្យមានសក្ការៈ និងអធិការ ដោយដាក់មូលដ្ឋានលើភក្តី និងកតញ្ញូតាចំពោះឥសីដែលរក្សាធម្មៈតាមរយៈគម្ពីរ។
