अश्वशिरो-आख्यानम्

धर्मस्य कुलसंताने धमदिभिर्विवर्धित: । अहो हानुगृहीतो<द्य धर्म एभि: सुरैरिह
dharmasya kulasantāne dharmādibhir vivardhitaḥ | aho hānugṛhīto 'dya dharma ebhiḥ surair iha ||
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ក្នុងការបន្តបន្ទាប់មិនដាច់ខាតនៃវង្សនេះ ធម៌—ដែលត្រូវបានចិញ្ចឹម និងពង្រឹងដោយសេចក្តីសុចរិត និងគុណធម៌ជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធ—បានត្រូវគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពិតប្រាកដ។ អហោ! ថ្ងៃនេះ នៅទីនេះ ធម៌បានទទួលអនុគ្រោះពិសេសពីទេវតាទាំងនេះ»។
