Saṃhāra-krama (The Sequence of Cosmic Dissolution) — Yājñavalkya’s Discourse
स्वपक्षे कारण ग्राह्मूं समये वचन हितम् । शिष्टानां हि मत ग्राहां त्वद्विधै: शिष्टसम्मतै:
svapakṣe kāraṇa-grāhyaṃ samaye vacanaṃ hitam | śiṣṭānāṃ hi mata-grāhyaṃ tvadvidhaiḥ śiṣṭa-sammataiḥ ||
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ក្នុងរឿងហេតុផលនៃភាគីខ្លួន គួរទទួលយកអ្វីដែលសមហេតុសមផល; ហើយនៅពេលសម គួរនិយាយពាក្យដែលមានប្រយោជន៍។ ព្រោះមតិរបស់អ្នកមានវិន័យ និងអ្នកមានវប្បធម៌ គួរត្រូវទទួលយក—ជាពិសេសដោយមនុស្សដូចអ្នក ដែលក៏ត្រូវបានបណ្ឌិតទាំងឡាយទទួលស្គាល់ដែរ»។
