Śānti-parva Adhyāya 30: Nārada–Parvata Samaya-bhaṅga, Śāpa, and the Marriage of Sukumārī
स तद् वाक्यं तु विज्ञाय नारद: पर्वतं तथा
sa tad vākyaṃ tu vijñāya nāradaḥ parvataṃ tathā | yukto 'pi nityadharmajña na vai svargam avāpsyasi ||
ពេលនារទៈយល់ដឹងនូវពាក្យនោះ ក៏កើតកំហឹង ហើយបានប្រកាសសាបលើក្មួយរបស់ខ្លួន បរវតៈថា៖ «ទោះបីអ្នកមានវិន័យ មានការប្រកាន់ធម៌ជានិច្ច ក៏ដោយ អ្នកនឹងមិនអាចទៅដល់សួគ៌បានឡើយ»។
