Livelihood, Virtuous Association, and Ethics of Giving
गड़ा च सरितां श्रेष्ठा सर्वतीर्थजलोद्धवा । पर्युपासत त॑ देवं रूपिणी कुरुनन्दन
gaṅgā ca saritāṃ śreṣṭhā sarvatīrthajaloddhavā | paryupāsata taṃ devaṃ rūpiṇī kurunandana ||
ភីෂ្មៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ កូនចៅកុរុដ៏ជាទីរីករាយ! ព្រះគង្គា ជាស្ទឹងដ៏ប្រសើរបំផុតក្នុងចំណោមស្ទឹងទាំងឡាយ ដែលបានបង្ហាញខ្លួនពីទឹកនៃទីរហូតបរិសុទ្ធទាំងអស់ បានទទួលរូបដ៏ទេវភាពនៅទីនោះ ហើយគោរពបូជាព្រះអម្ចាស់ដ៏លើសគេ គឺព្រះមហាទេវៈ ដោយសេចក្តីស្មោះស្រឡាញ់»។
