मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः
Determination of the Means to Liberation
आत्मानमसमाधाय समाधित्सति यः परान् | विषयेष्विन्द्रियवशं मानवा: प्रहसन्ति तम्
ātmānam asamādhāya samādhitsati yaḥ parān | viṣayeṣv indriyavaśaṃ mānavāḥ prahasanti tam ||
ហុមតសេនាបាននិយាយថា៖ «មនុស្សម្នាក់ដែលមិនអាចតាំងខ្លួនឲ្យស្ថិតស្ថេរបាន មិនអាចគ្រប់គ្រងចិត្តខ្លួនឯងបាន ហើយនៅក្នុងវត្ថុអារម្មណ៍ទាំងឡាយក៏ក្លាយជាទាសកររបស់អារម្មណ៍—បើគាត់ទៅបង្រៀនអ្នកដទៃអំពីការគ្រប់គ្រងខ្លួន និងសេចក្តីប្រព្រឹត្តត្រឹមត្រូវ នោះមនុស្សគ្រាន់តែសើចចំអកគាត់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ»។
