आत्मदर्शन-उपदेशः (Ātma-darśana Upadeśa) — Mind, Senses, and the All-pervading Self
सहस्रयुगपर्यन्तमहर्यद्ब्रह्म॒णो विदु: । रात्रि युगसहस्रान्तां तेडहोरात्रविदो जना:
sahasra-yuga-paryantam ahar yad brahmaṇo viduḥ | rātriṁ yuga-sahasrāntāṁ te 'ho-rātra-vido janāḥ ||
វ្យាសៈ បានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ អ្នកដែលយល់ដឹងពិតអំពីមាត្រដ្ឋានថ្ងៃនិងរាត្រី ដឹងថា “ថ្ងៃ” របស់ព្រះព្រហ្ម បន្តរហូតដល់ចប់មួយពាន់យុគ ហើយ “រាត្រី” របស់ព្រះអង្គ ក៏ចប់ក្រោយមួយពាន់យុគដូចគ្នា។ ដូច្នេះ បណ្ឌិតទាំងឡាយយល់ឃើញពេលវេលាតាមមាត្រដ្ឋានកោសល្យ លើសពីការគណនារបស់មនុស្សធម្មតា។
