ब्राह्मणस्य पूर्वतरा वृत्तिः — The Earlier Ideal Conduct of a Brahmana
River-of-Saṃsāra Metaphor
सर्वे धर्मपराश्चासन् सर्वे सततसत्रिण: । अन्तरिक्षचरा: सर्वे सर्वेडभिमुखयोधिन:
sarve dharmaparāś cāsan sarve satatasatriṇaḥ | antarīkṣacarāḥ sarve sarve 'bhimukhayodhinaḥ ||
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ពួកគេទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែឧទ្ទិសខ្លួនដល់ធម៌; ពួកគេទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែជាអ្នកធ្វើយជ្ញៈជានិច្ច។ ពួកគេទាំងអស់ធ្វើដំណើរតាមអាកាសមធ្យម; ហើយពួកគេទាំងអស់ជាវីរបុរសដែលប្រយុទ្ធមុខទល់មុខ—បើកចំហ មិនប្រើល្បិចកល—ដោយគោរពតាមវិន័យនៃសេចក្តីសុចរិត»។
