भरद्वाज उवाच
Restlessness persists when driven by underlying agitation and pressure; mere change of location or reaching a vast ‘space’ does not by itself bring peace—calm requires the cessation of the causal disturbance.
Bharadvāja describes a wind arising from subtle, compressed agitation and moving everywhere; even upon reaching the realm of space, it fails to become tranquil, illustrating the persistence of motion born from inner causes.
