वैशमग्पायन उवाच समाप्तवचने तस्मिन्नर्थशास्त्रविशारद: । पार्थो धर्मार्थतत्त्वज्ञो जगौ वाक्‍्यं प्रचोदित:

Transliteration

Vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca: samāptavacane tasminn arthaśāstraviśāradaḥ | pārtho dharmārthatattvajño jagau vākyaṃ pracoditaḥ ||

Translation

វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ ពេលអ្នកជំនាញអត្ថសាស្ត្រនោះបញ្ចប់ពាក្យសម្តីរួចហើយ បារថៈ—អ្នកដឹងច្បាស់អំពីសច្ចធម៌នៃធម៌ និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍លោកិយ—ត្រូវបានជំរុញឲ្យឆ្លើយតប ហើយបាននិយាយពាក្យទាំងនេះ។
