यदुभ्यश्न शिबिलेंभे शिबेश्वापि प्रतर्दन: । प्रतर्दनादष्टकश्न पृषदश्चो 5ष्टकादपि
yadubhyaśna śibilembhe śibeśvāpi pratardanaḥ | pratardanād aṣṭakaśna pṛṣadaś co ’ṣṭakād api ||
ភីष្មាបាននិយាយថា៖ ពី យទុ កើត សិពិ; ពី សិពិ កើត ប្រតរទនៈ។ ពី ប្រតរទនៈ កើត អഷ്ടកៈ; ហើយពី អഷ്ടកៈ ទៀត កើត ព្រឹសទៈ។ ដូច្នេះ សាយរាជវង្សត្រូវបានរៀបរាប់តាមលំដាប់ជាប់គ្នា។
