Daṇḍa as the Foundation of Social Order (दण्डप्रतिष्ठा)
देहान् पुराणानुत्सृज्य नवान् सम्प्रतिपद्यते । एवं मृत्युमुखं प्राहुर्जना ये तत्त्वदर्शिन:
dehān purāṇān utsṛjya navān sampratipadyate | evaṁ mṛtyumukhaṁ prāhur janā ye tattvadarśinaḥ ||
អរជុនបាននិយាយថា៖ «បោះចោលរាងកាយចាស់ៗ ហើយទទួលយករាងកាយថ្មីៗ។ ដូច្នេះហើយ អ្នកដែលឃើញសច្ចធម៌ពិត ប្រាប់ថា ‘មរណៈ’ គ្រាន់តែជាការចូលទៅកាន់ស្ថានភាពមួយទៀត—ជាផ្លូវឆ្លងកាត់ដែលមិនអាចជៀសបាន មិនមែនការបាត់បង់សូន្យទេ»។
