लोकयात्रार्थमेवेह धर्मप्रवचनं कृतम्‌ । अहिंसासाधुहिंसेति श्रेयान्‌ धर्मपरिग्रह:

Transliteration

lokayātrārtham eveha dharmapravacanaṁ kṛtam | ahiṁsā sādhuhīṁseti śreyān dharmaparigrahaḥ ||

Translation

អរជុនបាននិយាយថា៖ «នៅទីនេះ ការបង្រៀនធម៌ត្រូវបានប្រកាសឡើង ដើម្បីឲ្យដំណើរជីវិតលោកិយអាចដំណើរការបាន។ ពេលមានសំណួរលំបាក—តើត្រូវអហിംសាទាំងស្រុង ឬប្រើហិង្សាចំពោះមនុស្សអាក្រក់—នោះ ការធ្វើអ្វីដែលថែរក្សា និងការពារធម៌ គឺជាការល្អប្រសើរជាងគេ»។
