भार्या देशो5थ मित्राणि पुत्रसम्बन्धिबान्धवा: । एते सर्वे गुणवति धर्मनेत्रे महीपतौ

Transliteration

bhāryā deśo 'tha mitrāṇi putra-sambandhi-bāndhavāḥ | ete sarve guṇavati dharma-netre mahīpatau |

Translation

ព្រះព្រហ្មទត្តបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ នៅក្នុងដែនដីណា ដែលព្រះមហាក្សត្រមានគុណធម៌ និងដឹកនាំដោយធម៌ (ធម្មៈ) នោះភរិយា ដែនដី មិត្តភក្តិ កូនៗ និងញាតិមិត្តទាំងឡាយ—សុទ្ធតែរីកចម្រើន និងពេញដោយគុណល្អ។ ព្រះរាជធម៌របស់ព្រះអង្គក្លាយជាអ័ក្សសីលធម៌ ដែលលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាព និងចរិតរបស់សង្គមទាំងមូល។
