Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
वैरमन्तिकमासाद्य य:ः प्रीतिं कर्तुमिच्छति । मृन्मयस्येव भग्नस्य यथा संधिर्न विद्यते
vairam āntikam āsādya yaḥ prītiṃ kartum icchati | mṛṇmayasyeva bhagnasya yathā sandhir na vidyate ||
ព្រះព្រហ្មទត្តបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ពេលសេចក្តីសត្រូវបានទៅដល់ចំណុចចុងក្រោយ—ដល់ថ្នាក់បញ្ចប់តែដោយមរណភាព—អ្នកណាដែលនៅចង់បង្កើតសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ វាក៏មិនអាចទៅរួចទេ។ សេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់នោះមិនអាចស្ដារឡើងវិញ ដូចជាផើងដីមួយ ពេលបែកហើយ មិនអាចភ្ជាប់ឲ្យជាប់ដូចដើមបានឡើយ»។
