Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
दत्त्वाभयं स्वयं राजा प्रमाणं कुरुते यदि । स सर्वसुखकृज्ज्ञेय: प्रजा धर्मेण पालयन्
dattvābhayaṁ svayaṁ rājā pramāṇaṁ kurute yadi | sa sarvasukhakṛj jñeyaḥ prajā dharmeṇa pālayan ||
ព្រះបាទព្រហ្មទត្តមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ បើស្តេចមួយអង្គបានប្រទាន «អភ័យ» (សុវត្ថិភាព/ការមិនភ័យខ្លាច) ដល់ប្រជារាស្ត្រដោយខ្លួនឯង ហើយយកព្រះចរិតរបស់ព្រះអង្គជាមាត្រដ្ឋាននៃសេចក្តីត្រឹមត្រូវ នោះគួរឲ្យដឹងថា ព្រះអង្គជាអ្នកបង្កើតសុខសាន្តសកល—ដរាបណាព្រះអង្គគ្រប់គ្រង និងការពារប្រជាជនតាមធម៌។
