Apaddharma Determination: Dialogue of Viśvāmitra and the Śvapaca
अपश्यदपरं घोरमात्मन: शत्रुमागतम् | शरप्रसूनसड्काशं महीविवरशायिनम्
apaśyad aparaṁ ghoraṁ ātmanaḥ śatrum āgatam | śaraprasūna-saṅkāśaṁ mahī-vivara-śāyinam ||
ភីष្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «បន្ទាប់មក វាបានឃើញសត្រូវដ៏គួរឱ្យខ្លាចមួយទៀតកំពុងចូលមក—ពណ៌ត្នោតស្រអាប់ដូចផ្កាសារៈ (śara)។ វាជាអ្នកជីករន្ធក្នុងដី ហើយលាក់ខ្លួនដេកនៅក្នុងនោះ។ ទិដ្ឋភាពនេះបង្ហាញថា គ្រោះថ្នាក់អាចលេចឡើងជាលំដាប់ៗ ហើយត្រូវការការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន និងការវិនិច្ឆ័យ ដើម្បីប្រឈមមុខនឹងភ័យគ្រោះដែលលាក់ខ្លួនក្រោមផ្ទៃ។»
