Treasury Formation and Fine-Grained Ethics
हीनकोशं॑ हि राजानमवजानन्ति मानवा: । न चास्याल्पेन तुष्यन्ति कार्यमप्युत्सहन्ति च
hīna-kośaṁ hi rājānam avajānanti mānavāḥ | na cāsyālpena tuṣyanti kāryam apy utsahanti ca ||
ភីស្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ស្តេចដែលកោសៈខ្សោយ ត្រូវមនុស្សទូទៅក៏មើលងាយ។ មនុស្សមិនពេញចិត្តទេ ប្រសិនបើទទួលបានតិចតួចពីគាត់ ហើយក៏មិនសូវមានចិត្តខិតខំធ្វើការងាររបស់គាត់ដែរ។
