Praise of Venerating Mother, Father, and Teacher
भीष्म उवाच मातापित्रोर्गुरूणां च पूजा बहुमता मम । इह युक्तो नरो लोकान् यशश्च महदश्लुते
bhīṣma uvāca mātāpitrorgurūṇāṃ ca pūjā bahumatā mama | iha yukto naro lokān yaśaś ca mahad aśnute ||
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ចំពោះខ្ញុំ ការគោរពបូជាមាតាបិតា និងគ្រូអាចារ្យ គឺមានសារៈសំខាន់បំផុត។ មនុស្សណាដែលឧស្សាហ៍ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវកិច្ចធម៌នេះនៅក្នុងលោកនេះ នឹងទទួលបានកេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះដ៏ធំ និងឈានទៅកាន់លោកដ៏ប្រសើរនៅបន្ទាប់»។
