Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies
Gaṇa-nīti
तत्रादानेन भिद्यन्ते गणा: संघातवृत्तय: । भिन्ना विमनस: सर्वे गच्छन्त्यरिवशं भयात्
tatrādānena bhidyante gaṇāḥ saṅghātavṛttayaḥ | bhinnā vimanasaḥ sarve gacchanty arivaśaṃ bhayāt ||
ភីស្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «សូម្បីតែក្រុមសហគមន៍ (gaṇa) ដែលរស់រានដោយការរួមគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ក៏ត្រូវបែកបាក់ដែរ ប្រសិនបើមិនផ្តល់អាហារ និងការឧបត្ថម្ភតាមពេលវេលា។ ពេលបែកបាក់ហើយ មនុស្សទាំងអស់ក៏ខ្សោយចិត្ត និងប្រឆាំងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ហើយដោយសារភ័យខ្លាច ពួកគេធ្លាក់ចូលក្រោមអំណាចសត្រូវ»។
