तथैव चान्यैरपि शास्त्रवेदिभि: स्वलंकृतै: शास्त्रविधानदृष्टिभि: । सुशिक्षितैर्भाष्पकथाविशारदै: परेषु कृत्यामुपधारयेच्च

Transliteration

tathaiva cānyair api śāstravedibhiḥ svalankṛtaiḥ śāstravidhānadṛṣṭibhiḥ | suśikṣitair bhāṣyakathāviśāradaiḥ pareṣu kṛtyām upadhārayec ca ||

Translation

ភីष្មបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ដូចគ្នានេះដែរ គួរជ្រើសប្រើអ្នកប្រាជ្ញដទៃទៀត—អ្នកដឹងគម្ពីរ និងច្បាប់សាស្ត្រ អ្នកត្រូវបានតុបតែងសមគួរ និងបានហ្វឹកហាត់តាមវិធីវិន័យដែលគម្ពីរកំណត់; អ្នកមានការអប់រំល្អ និងជំនាញក្នុងការអធិប្បាយនិងពន្យល់—ឲ្យធ្វើ និងអនុវត្តពិធីការនោះប្រឆាំងសត្រូវ។»
