Measured Policy and the Recognition of Malicious Disposition
प्राप्ते च प्रहरेत् काले न च संवर्तते पुन: । हन्तुकामस्य देवेन्द्र पुरुषस्य रिपून् प्रति
prāpte ca praharet kāle na ca saṃvartate punaḥ | hantukāmasya devendra puruṣasya ripūn prati ||
ភីṣ្មៈ បានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ពេលវេលាដែលកំណត់មកដល់ គេត្រូវវាយប្រហារ ហើយពេលបានចេញដំណើរទៅមុខហើយ មិនគួរត្រឡប់ក្រោយម្ដងទៀតឡើយ—ជាពិសេសពេលបុរសម្នាក់ ដូចឥន្ទ្រៈក្នុងចំណោមមនុស្ស បានសម្រេចចិត្តបំផ្លាញសត្រូវរបស់ខ្លួន»។
