Transliteration

mānitā bāndhavāḥ sarve vaśyaḥ sampūjito janaḥ

Translation

សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «សាច់ញាតិទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានគោរពលើកតម្កើងតាមគួរ ហើយប្រជាជនត្រូវបានធ្វើឲ្យស្ថិតក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រង—ដោយទទួលការគោរពពេញលេញ និងការទទួលស្វាគមន៍ត្រឹមត្រូវ»។
