Transliteration

anāvṛṣṭir anuprāptā rājan dvādaśavārṣikī |

Translation

វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ! បន្ទាប់ពីពេលវេលាយូរណាស់បានកន្លងផុតទៅ គ្រោះរាំងស្ងួតដ៏សាហាវមួយបានកើតឡើង—វាបន្តពេញលោករយៈពេលដប់ពីរឆ្នាំ»។
